2023 UNIFORM SHOP OPENING HOURS
A reminder for all families that we have our yearly Bilambil PS P&C Uniform Shop open day by appointment in our school hall on Friday 27, Monday 30 from 8.30am until 1.30pm and Tuesday 31 January 2023 from 9.30am until 1.30pm. Then extended hours in the Uniform Shop entry via Canteen, Wednesday 1 February through to Friday 3 February from 8.45am - 10.45am.
Due to current NSW Department of Health guidelines and a lack of available community volunteers, we have had to make some changes to our Uniform Shop organisation for the beginning of this school year. We are now only going to be open and available using booked appointments to allow families to come into the school to purchase school uniforms, to ensure we have enough parent volunteers to assist with required uniform needs during our back to school extended hours.
The available times will be running every half hour with possibly up to 3 families able to attend each time slot. The available 10 time slots each day will be 8.30, 9.00, 9.30, 10.00, 10.30, 11.00, 11.30, 12.00, 12.30, 1.00 (so between 8.30am and 1.30pm) on Friday 27, Monday 30 and Tuesday 31 January 2023 sstarting 9.30am.
The Uniform Shop will also be open for extended business hours between 8.45am – 10.45am on Wednesday 1 February, Thursday 2 February and Friday 3 February 2023.
To secure a time that hopefully suits you from Monday 16 January, please text your full name and preferred time (on the hour or half hour) to 0421 827 740 and your date and time will be confirmed, or a message will be sent to offer you a time as close to your preferred one as possible.
Community members are kindly asked to only attend if you are not displaying any flu like symptoms. Everyone attending the Uniform Shop, which will run out of the school hall must sign in at the school office upon arrival.
Alternatively, uniforms continue to be available to purchase online through our P&C website and you will be contacted regarding collection when your online order has been processed.

OUT OF STOCK online and should arrive the first week of 2023 in time for our open days. If you urgently need these sizes or are on Back Order from 2022 please make contact.
Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated during this time. We are doing everything we can to ensure our kids get the best start to the new school year and can arrive on their first day back in full school uniform.
