How Do I Place An Order?​
OUR UNIFORM SHOP IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS AS WE CHANGE & UPDATE PLATFORMS

Choose your item size and delivery option then click on add to cart.  If you have more items to purchase repeat this process.  When you have entered all your items, click on cart. 

Next you can add quantities if you require more than 1 of each item. 

 

Click on Check Out to finalise your order and make payment.

 

Send home with your Child or pick up from Uniform Shop?

 

There is a field box that requires completion before your online shopping can be completed. 

Write child name & class here?

 

You have two options:

 

  1. Send order home with your child.  Please indicate the child/s name & class.  We will arrange to have your order sent home with your child within 2-3 school days.

  2. Pick up your order from the school office. If so, type in pick-up with your name.  You will be contacted as soon as your order is available for collection.

 

How long will my order take?

 

Please allow 2-3 school days for your order to be processed.

 

Do you have a shop?

 

Yes.  The Uniform Shop is located on the school premises inside the canteen. 

Uniform Shop hours are limited.  You can visit the Uniform Shop if this is more convenient for you to get the right size and fit.

 

Why is the size I want not letting me select it?

 

If the size is greyed out it means we are currently out of stock.  Please let us know what size you need or check back in 3-4 weeks as we may have re-stocked by then.

 

Larger Sizes 

 

For size 18 and above we don't carry a lot of stock. If you think you may need size 18 or bigger you may need to pre-order these.  Come down and talk to us in the uniform shop if you would like larger sizes. Please don't leave it until the last minute as it will take time for your order to arrive.



Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

Your payment is processed through Square.  Square delivers one of the most secure payment platforms in the world.

 

If you prefer to pay via Direct Deposit into our bank account you can place your order via email to bilambiluniformshop@gmail.com  Orders will not be processed until funds have been received into the bank account.  Please write your child/ren's name and class.

Washing

 

It is recommended you wash uniforms in cold water.  This will help keep the colour and shape of your uniform items.  Fabric softener is NOT recommended.  Please read the label on your garment for full washing instructions.



Write your child's name on all clothing

 

It is highly recommended you write your child's FULL NAME on every uniform item in a good laundry marker so that it does not wash off.  You may need to re-write after washing especially on hats!

 

Returns & Refunds

 

If you need to exchange the size of your unworn item you can come down during Uniform Shop hours and exchange the item.  Please make sure the item retains its packaging and labels. 

We do not refund money for items purchased so please choose carefully.

 

Who benefits from uniform sales?

 

Your child benefits.  Uniform shop is owned and run by P&C volunteers.  We use the money to purchase more stock.  Profit is spent in many different ways that the P&C decide on. 

Examples of this is air conditioners for the class rooms, iPads, funding towards our recent 2021 Library refurbishment, a netball court and much more.
